Jedes SOLO entstammt einem großformatigen Werk meiner Serie DIVERSITY — einer Komposition, deren schönste Momente im Ganzen nicht zur Geltung kamen. Ich wollte diese Werke nicht verwerfen, denn das widerspräche allem, wofür DIVERSITY steht: Alles hat seine Berechtigung — in allem liegt Schönheit.

Also löse ich diese Momente heraus, überarbeite jeden einzeln und gebe ihm seinen eigenen Rahmen — als eigenständiges Objekt, stellbar oder hängbar.

Denn oft zeigt sich Schönheit erst, wenn wir unseren Blick ändern — auf uns selbst und aufeinander.

Jedes SOLO ist ein Unikat — kein zweites ist identisch.

Every SOLO originates in a large-format work from my DIVERSITY series — a composition whose most beautiful moments never came into their own within the whole. I did not want to discard these works, because that would contradict everything DIVERSITY stands for: everything has its place — there is beauty in all of it.

So I lift those moments out, rework each one individually, and give it a frame of its own — as an independent object, freestanding or wall-mounted.

Because beauty often reveals itself only once we change the way we look — at ourselves, and at one another.

Every SOLO is unique — no two are identical.
